Dave Ram$ey 

Dave Ramsey knows what it's like to have-and lose-it all. By age 26, he had accumulated a personal real estate portfolio worth over $4 million; by age 30, having gotten too far into debt to get out, he declared personal bankruptcy. Ramsey rebuilt his financial life and has gone on to teach others the lessons that he learned the hard way.

Since 1988, Ramsey has helped thousands through the Lampo Group, Inc., which offers a twelve-week program called Financial Peace University, and sponsors seminars in churches and corporations throughout the country.

The popular host of "The Money Game," a nationally syndicated radio talk show dealing with financial matters, he holds a degree in finance and real estate from the University of Tennessee. He and his wife, Sharon, live with their three children in the Nashville area.
