William Beach
William Beach, from the Heritage Foundation, joins Bill, the Dog and Dr Jim Leggette on The Morning Show. Topics discussed include studies they produced on government dependency and economic freedom. We learn that government dependency is increasing in the US. Also, economic freedom is declining as well, when compared with the rest of the world. This is important since there is a link between economic freedom and prosperity. We also discussed the scoring process used by the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) to determine the impact of legislation. Click the link below to hear the interview.

This past week — after our story about the Lauderdale County Board of Supervisors possibly breaking the state’s Open Meetings Law ran — more information on the issue was brought to light.
